Kimberly BC

Have you ever traveled to Kimberly BC? I felt like I was in Switzerland. The snow just drooped off the trees so thick you thought their branches were going to snap any moment. Buildings were constructed of huge wooden logs and cedar siding - so much so that I wondered how old the trees were that got cut down to build them. Its a good thing that trees don’t have a conscience or I’d be accused of staring.
Being a skier in Kimberly BC also has…
its benefits. Who could ask for more with sun, cloud and a 360 degree panoramic view while on the chair lifts?
These Kimberly BC mountains treated us well. During my rides up the mountains, I couldn’t help but “pan” around me and wonder what wildlife traveled here before humans decided to make it a resort. How did it look? How many homes of the wildlife had disappeared and new ones formed?
It’s hard not to feel guilty and enjoy the scenery at the same time in this circumstance.
Anyone know that song “Should I Stay or Should I Go Now”?
Peace.
