Al Gore and David Letterman. Great combination. As I view video after video I continue to see both sides of global warming debated. Both sides have key issues and I’m no scientist, but I can understand both of them. Basically, there are the believers and non-believers and they consist of both layman and scientists. Can’t have the “ying” without the “yang”.

Yet, if I as a layman would err should I stumble, my choice would be on the greener side of life. Pollution is pollution period. Garbage is garbage, but it’s also becoming recycled. =) Mr. Letterman noted…

“….we are our own enemy” regarding global warming issues. What a great statement. What a state to have to live with oneself. It’s a super motivational message.

Irregardless (hypothetically in my case) if global warming didn’t exist, are we really proud of the amount of garbage we create? Are we proud of the yellow, dingy, hazy skies? Are we really proud of the brown poisoned waters with dead fish everywhere that stink, and beaches that close because they are too polluted?

As we know it, change is inevitable. We are always evolving. Like Mom always said, “Life isn’t always easy”. But what I say is “It ain’t always easy, but it sure is more beautiful!”
